Soji Agbana has over 20 years of Information Technology and Consulting experience in high-profile environments, both in Nigeria and North America. He is a seasoned project and change manager, who has helped organizations accomplish major change initiatives that is hinged on effective technology implementations.

He specializes in enterprise project management, technology strategy formulation, planning, and implementation, providing end-to-end services from conception to implementation.

Soji has been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of 2 banks in Nigeria – First City Merchant Bank (FCMB), and NAL Bank Plc. He was also a Project Manager with RBC-Dexia Investor Services, Ontario Canada. He is currently a Management Consultant to organizations across various verticals.

He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) and a founding member of the Nigerian Chapter. He currently sits on the board as the chapter’s Vice-President, Programs & Events.

An avid Agile Project Management aficionado, Soji holds a masters degree in Computer Science and an MBA. He also holds the PMP and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.
