VP, Prof. Development

Nonny Merenu PMP is the VP Professional Development. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Imo State University. Having had proficient expertise in IT Systems/Networking Engineering and ITIL Framework she has worked as an IT Engineer contractor with Hewlett Packard and as IT Support Engineer in United Bank for Africa. She currently works with Multi-links Telkom ltd as an IT Project Manager, Head Asset management/Control unit and IT internal auditor. She is known for her ability to mutli-task effectively and efficiently.
Although young, she is passionate about enlightening Women to realize their innate project management skills which she refers to as God given.
 
As VP in-charge of Professional Development, Nonny’s action plans for 2011/2012 are:

 

  • To ensure that current and prospective members of PMI gain optimum value through seminars, training and periodic meetings held.
  • To implement effective training sessions with the aim of producing successful PMPs and CAPMs.
  • To build a standard and reputable training forum while ensuring profitability through the effective management of cost and resources to PMI Nigeria.
  • Identify ideal locations within the country where seminars and training courses need to be carried out

She is steered by a Vision statement:
To provide membership value and set up the PM educator of choice.
