These lectures and seminars will be on hot issues and will be followed by dinner for attendees. In addition to providing opportunities for updating knowledge, these sessions are geared to be great networking events.

Costs:
  • Meeting/Seminar/Workshop only:
    NGN 7,000 for PMI Lagos Chapter members, NGN 9,000 for non members
  • Buffet Supper:
    NGN 3,500 per diner (beverages paid directly)
Panel Discussion / Forum
The Panel Discussion/forums are designed to debate “hot” issues in project management in Nigeria. They are interactive sessions with representation from key stakeholders from the industry.

Programme Management: A Strategic Decision Management Process to Bridge the Gap Between Strategy and Projects

Using a combination of lectures from current research and experience, case studies and workshops the presenter drives home the importance of this much needed alignment and most definitely works the delegates through a framework that increases success.
