Project Management Institute – Lagos Chapter

Since its founding in 1969, the Project Management Institute has successfully risen to position herself as the organisation of choice for the advancement of the project management profession. This body still operates mainly as a large body of professionals from across the globe working together across cultural boundaries, industries and time zones to research and document best practices in project management based on experience.

PMI Lagos Chapter founded in 2003, achieved charter status in 2005 and has grown to approximately 100 members from across many industries in Nigeria. The objective of the PMI Lagos Chapter is to support the goals and objectives of the PMI within Lagos and Nigeria as a whole. We work closely with other chapters in the country and the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions to ensure the advancement of good project management practice and governance in this region.
